Ordering On-line:
For your convenience we have a shopping cart system with a secure site so you can order on-line using MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as PayPal. If you want to pay by check or prefer to fax or mail your credit card number to us, follow the prompts at check-out and you will be able to print out the order that is in your shopping cart and you can send that to us. Secure Credit Card Transmission:
All of our on-line orders are processed by Americart, an encrypted shopping cart service. When you go to check out you will see they hold a Verisign Certificate and subscribe to ScanAlert’s HackerSafe security program which tests daily. Your credit card information is never sent by e-mail; we retrieve it from their secure site. We do not store your credit card information on our computer, nor do we put paper that might contain credit card information in the trash without shredding.
On some browsers you will receive warnings that the shopping cart is not a secure site and that is true, but when you go to check-out where you will give your credit card, that is Americart's site and all of your information is encryted for safety. Back to top

This is a very small company, so there is no bank of operators waiting to take your call. But there is a toll free number, (800) 995-9553. If there is no answer, there is a voice mail system, and you will be able to leave a secure message of any length. Back to top

Shipping Charges:
Ground shipments on urns within the 48 contiguous states are free. For Alaska and Hawaii or for Overnight and 2nd Day shipping, you will be charged for the amount in excess of what ground shipping across the country would be. We usually ship via UPS and US Postal Service. Other carriers are possible by special arrangement. Back to top
Delivery Time:
Because we offer so many shapes and glaze choices, we can’t keep every item in stock and ready to ship, so shipping times will vary from order to order. We have certain items listed on the Quick Ship Page that are in stock for immediate shipment. For all other items we try to ship as quickly as possible. If we have your urn in stock, it will go out within a day or two. If it needs to be glazed-to-order, it may take a week or two. If I am out of town or I have trouble with a particular urn, it may take up to 4 weeks, but that is very, very rare. If timing is important, let me know and I can give you a specific ship date. Variations in Handcrafted Work:
There are a lot of variables in ceramics work. Even though we work with molds, there is variation from piece to piece. There are differences in the thickness and weight of each piece. Changes in the clay can give varying rates of shrinkage to a piece and slightly different dimensions than those listed on this website. The thickness of the application of the glaze and the placement in the kiln both contribute to variations in the glaze color, texture and sheen. The photographs on this website give a good sense of the shapes and glazes. Individual pieces will vary, but the quality will be consistently high. Back to top

Damage during Shipping:
Our urns are very strong and we pack very carefully so damage during shipping is incredibly rare. All packages are insured and damaged pieces will be replaced at no charge to you.
